3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To arrange for a service, requirements include:
- Being no younger than 18 years old
- Providing information that is precise and complete
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
- Ensuring accessibility to the property as per the schedule
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking for the service will be issued in writing exclusively. We hold the authority to decline providing services to anyone at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All service price quotes are in £, inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise mentioned. Price points are subject to review and adjustments at any time.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Emergency solutions: Payment is expected upon completion
- Projects exceeding £1,000: An upfront payment of 50% is needed
- Balance amount: To be paid upon the conclusion of the project
- Extra fees (when applicable): Settled once the service is done
4.3 Payment Methods
We offer acceptance of widely recognized credit cards, direct bank transactions, and certified cheques. All payment processing is managed using safe, encryption-based methods.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- With a notice surpassing 48 hours before the service: Deposit is refunded in full
- Between 24 and 48 hours notice prior to the service: Half of the deposit is refunded
- Less than 24 hours' notice before the service: No refund on the deposit
- Cancellations of emergency service: A cancellation fee of £100
5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee
For emergency services, we promise a response time within 2 hours. If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from upholding this promise, our compensation will include:
- A discount of 20% on the service price
- Placement of your service as a top-priority for the next available opening
5.3 Project Delays
In case of project postponement due to unexpected site issues or material sourcing troubles, we will proactively communicate altered timelines and adapt our schedules to fit the new situation.
6. Safety and Site Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Property proprietors are required to:
- Ensure the safety and unobstructed access to areas of work
- Report any risks from hazardous materials or conditions
- Keep young children and pets distant from the zones of work
- Comply with the safety directives given by our technicians
6.2 Site Preparation
Responsibilities of customers involve:
- Emptying the areas of work from personal items
- Guaranteeing adequate space for operation
- Securing animals while services are underway
- Informing neighbors in the vicinity about the impending tasks
6.3 Conduct
Our expectation is for customers to provide surroundings that are safe for work. Should the conditions onsite present safety threats to our staff or the premises, we may put the service on hold.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability in relation to services rendered is confined to the payments you have made. Areas we do not take responsibility for include:
- Conditions of plumbing preexisting the service
- Damages resulting from concealed defects
- Consequential damage following service disruptions
- Complications due to insufficient maintenance
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our activities and work are protected by a comprehensive liability insurance policy. Customers, conversely, must have their own insurance coverage for their property.
7.3 Warranty
Workmanship comes with warranties as stipulated in the agreement for services. Separate warranties from manufacturers apply to supplied materials and fixtures.
8. Modifications and Project Changes
Based on conditions onsite, requirements per building codes, or the supply of materials, we retain the option to alter project plans. Such amendments will be communicated to you and need your endorsement prior to any action.
9. Force Majeure
Liabilities do not extend to setbacks, cancellations, or service changes attributed to factors beyond our control, these include but are not limited to:
- Severe meteorological events
- Catastrophic natural events
- Government-imposed regulations
- Interruptions of utilities
- Disruptions in the supply chain of materials
